AINSLIE Registrations are now Open!
We have many options for your child, from learning the basics and fundamentals of AFL, to playing competitively and transitioning to seniors, and everything in between! Anyone aged 4 – 17 can join our junior program, and we have plenty of All Girls, Boys, and Mixed options available!
AUSKICK
Auskick is designed to teach the basics of footy for kids aged 4 – 6, focusing on fun! We’ll teach you and your child skills like kicking, marking and handballing, through interactive drills and games – including modified mini games of footy.
Auskick aims to lay the foundations for teamwork and sportsmanship, two key values of the Ainslie Football Club.
Auskick is a once-a-week training commitment, with no games until they are 7 – 8 years old and move to Superkick.
Ainslie offer both mixed and all girls sessions for our participants.
Our EARLYBIRD Registration price $130, and includes an Auskick Pack! Your pack is delivered directly to you and includes a footy, ball pump, player card, backpack & your favourite AFL teams t-shirt!

SUPERKICK

Superkick (U8s) is for boys and girls who turn 7 or 8 in 2026 and is the next step up from Auskick – with the addition of modified & non-competitive games on weekends.
The main focus of Superkick is to have fun and to develop AFL skills – and is a great starting point for kids learning how to play footy!
Ainslie offer both mixed and all girls sessions for our participants.
Our EARLYBIRD registration is $180 and includes a Superkick pack! Your pack is delivered directly to you and includes a footy, ball pump, player card, backpack & your favourite AFL teams t-shirt!
All players will also receive an Ainslie training shirt & a pair of playing socks!

NON-COMPETITIVE JUNIORS
Non-Competitive Juniors is the next step up from Auskick Pros – and is for all Boys & Girls aged 9 – 11! The foundation of non-competitive juniors is for all players to have fun and to be involved, whilst also teaching players the key skills of AFL. Games are modified to accommodate increased involvement and enjoyment for all whilst additionally focusing on skill development.
Game modifications include:
- Modified tackling
- Field zoning
- No scoring of games to increase fun and involvement for all
- Smaller fields
- Fewer players on the field
- Key focus on key AFL skills such as – kicking, marking and handballing
EARLYBIRD registration is $200 – and all players will receive an Ainslie training shirt & a pair of playing socks!
Shorts are an additional $30, and playing jerseys are loaned for the season.

COMPETITIVE JUNIORS
Competitive Juniors is the next step up from non-competitive juniors – and is for all Boys & Girls aged 12 – 17! Competitive juniors adds the competitive game elements of AFL football, whilst still focusing on core values such as fun, involvement, and skill development for all players.
Competitive elements added for competitive juniors matches include the addition of match scoring and tackling, plus the removal of field zoning from previous age groups. Field size, match-length, and the number of players per team will also increase.
Our EARLYBIRD U12s & U13s registration is $230 – and all players will receive an Ainslie training shirt & a pair of playing socks!
Our EARLYBIRD U14s – U17s registration is $280 – and all players will receive an Ainslie training shirt & a pair of playing socks!
Shorts are an additional $30, and playing jerseys are loaned for the season.

AINSLIE SUMMER PROGRAMS
Ainslie are running many Spring/Summer Events & Programs for Junior players who are interested and want to stay footy active during the Off-Season!
These include our Ainslie Community Day on November 15, our All Girls Summer program, and our AFL Summer Superkick program!
