Received life membership in 2024.
Aldo came to the Ainslie Football Club in 1993 after growing up in Melbourne and being drafted to St Kilda in 1990 where he played until 1992.
Soon after arriving at Ainslie, Aldo was drafted to the Sydney Swans at pick 16 of the mid-season draft in 1993.
On his return to Ainslie, he played out 129 First Grade games, won 5 premierships and was awarded Best & Fairest in 1995 before retiring in 2001.
Additionally serving on the Social Club Board in 2006, Aldo is known as a selfless, dedicated and deflecting self-praise – a great clubman, even better bloke.
