Clare Palmer started in 1965 with Ainslie fundraising then as Junior Manager and Coach of U7s and U8s. In the 1970s-80s Clare was on the Junior Committee as Treasurer, Vice President, Junior League Delegate and then President from 1986 to 1989. From 1989 to 1992 Clare served on the Senior Board and was Secretary from 1991-1992. A member of the Memorabilia Committee since it was formed in 1990. Life Member of both AFL Canberra and the Junior League. Awarded a NAFC Merit Award for services to Australian Football. Patron of the Ainslie Juniors.
