John Bravo played at Ainslie only for a short while between 1965 to 1968 before transitioning to a manager and committee member in 1971, John would continue to manage the under 19s team until 1974, and would serve on the committee until 1979. John saw a brief stint as vice president in 1976, returning to his committee work until 1980 where he would become the vice president once more until 1983.
