Ralph Rendell, an Ainslie Junior, played 155 First Grade games for Ainslie. Member of the 1970 Ainslie Premiership team and awarded the Mulrooney Medal in 1973. Coached the Ainslie U17s and U19s for 9 seasons between 1978-1994. Director on the AFC Board from 1994 to 1995. Director on the AF&SC Board from 2000. Vice President 2001, Senior Vice President 2002- 2004. President of the AF&SC from 2005 to 2008.
