While our 1st Grade teams are in part measured by their win/loss ratio the focus for all other areas is on developing skills and providing a pathway to 1st Grade for those with the necessary skills and desire. Whilst we have been incredibly successful in winning premierships 28 Men’s First Grade and 1 Women’s First Grade Premierships,

developing our young men/women through participation in football and in a team environment
espouse the virtues of working as part of a team
encouraging our young people to excel – at football and in our community
encourage participation, enjoyment, sportsmanship and responsibility
develop a culture and community for people to thrive

For those who are new to Ainslie we are delighted you have chosen to join us as your local footy club and look forward to developing our relationship with you over your time at the Club.
