Peter joined Ainslie from the Bendigo League in 1962.
He was a highly skilled utility player who played from 1962 to 1974.
Peter played 107 First Grade games and 46 Reserve Grade games. He played in 3 First Grade Grand Finals – 1962, 1966 and the 1970 Premiership team.
He was an ACT Representative player in 1966. Towards the end of his career Peter was Captain of the 1972 Reserve Grade Premiership team.
Peter was a Committee member of the Ainslie Seniors from 1973 to 1975 and the Ainslie Juniors Secretary in 1976 and 1977.
Both of Peter’s Son’s Michael and Justin played with the club.
