As a Senior Coach for AFC, you will act as a steward of this history and help us continue to build as a premier AFL club in Canberra.
On appointment to the role of a Senior Coach, you have responsibility for fostering and driving a culture of excellence in alignment with our club values and in support of the Ainslie Football Club Strategic Plan 2022-27.
Integration across our playing groups is strategically important AFC’s attraction and retention of players, volunteers and sponsors. Senior Coaches at AFC are expected to adopt a whole-of-club mentality to player and squad development to ensure these aims are met.
- JOB TITLE: Senior Women’s Head Coach – Ainslie Football Club
- JOB TYPE: Part-time (contract/temp)
- SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: General Manager, with accountabilities also to the Ainslie Football Club President and Board of Directors.
- DIRECT REPORTS: Assistant Coaches, Team Manager, Reserve Grade Coach.
- TERMS & BENEFITS: The position carries a modest remuneration reflecting the part-time nature of the role and the semi-professional nature of the club.
