Jason Tutt extends as Senior Men’s Head Coach through to 2027.
Ainslie Football Club is excited to announce that Jason Tutt as extended his contract as Senior Men’s Head Coach through to the 2027 season. A significant appointment that will see Ainslie through to the club’s centennial year.
Tutt shares his excitement to lead the men’s program for the next three seasons;
“I have a fantastic group of players, which starts from the leadership group all the way through to the first-year senior footballers… I am excited to continue to coach and develop as footballers and people.”
Jason began his journey with the Ainslie Football Club back in 2007, where he played three seasons for the club before being drafted into the AFL in 2009. The AFC lineage carries through strong as his Father, Uncle and Brother are all Ainslie Premiership players.
After returning to the club as Senior Assistant Coach in 2021, Tutt has been a driving force in building a competitive culture in our senior sides, Tutt says;
“They have a genuine appetite to learn the game and challenge each other to get better – as a coach, that’s all you can ask.”
The announcement has filled the club with a great buzz, as players eagerly rally behind the much-admired coach as we approach finals.
Ainslie Football Club extend our gratitude to Jason’s Wife, Jess, and Daughter, Frankie, for their ongoing support and commitment to football.
